Yay

Michael and I went to Spokane Friday night. We stayed the night there, and we did a ton of shopping and ate some delicious sushi! It was sooo much fun!

The past few months I have been substituting at the elementary and the jr high. While somedays it is okay/fun, I don't really enjoy it at all. So, last week I got offered a job, and I am just soo beyond happy and excited. I will be working at Gesa Credit Union! So, Spokane was our celebration get away :)

Turkey!!

We went to Michael's cousins for Thanksgiving, so we did not have any leftovers. Michael and I still wanted left over turkey for delicious turkey sandwiches...so, the other night I cooked my first turkey! We had Michael's family over, and we had another turkey dinner. It was a lot of fun, and it was delicious!

Black Friday

I decided I was going to try and get a laptop on sale for black friday (which I didn't get lol). It was crazy. Haha. I don't think I will ever try going to Best Buy for Black Friday again. Morgan and Ali came with me, though, and it was a lot of fun to hang out with them!

Coyote Hunting

While I was in Utah, Michael was having a ton of fun hunting with his friends. They went coyote hunting, and Michael shot one...Here is a picture...

Utah Visit

Last weekend, I went to Utah. One of my good friends from work passed away. It was such a shock. I always had so much fun working with him and hanging out at parties outside of work. Benny was such great guy, and he will definately be missed.





Even though the circumstances of my visit weren't the best, I had so much fun with my sister and her husband and my brother..and the many friends I was able to see while in Utah. It was so nice to catch up with everyone that I miss so much!

Chair Progress..

So, I have been working on redoing the lazyboy....slowly haha. I made some progress the other day even though I still have so much more to do. The one side is done..well, pretty much. I still need to staple a few more spots. You can tell what I mean by the pics I'll post.

This was before I put on the side...and you can see the lovely pink fabric that is being replaced.

This is with the side on except its not stapled on the bottom or back obviously. Hopefully I can finish the chair before this time next year haha!
